Description:

The three-phase combined composite jacket zinc oxide surge arrester is a new type of protection device for protecting the insulation of power equipment from overvoltage hazard. It limits the overvoltage between phases and effectively limits the phase-to-phase overvoltage.

Widely used to protect vacuum switches, rotating electrical machines, shunt compensation capacitors, power plants, substations, etc. This combined arsenal has been in operation for more than a decade and has proven to be a practical and effective measure to limit the phase-to-phase overvoltage.

The inside of the lightning arrester uses a large-capacity zinc oxide resistor as the main component, has good volt-ampere characteristics and the ability to absorb over-voltage, and provides reliable protection for the protected equipment. It has been widely used in power systems.

Executive standard:

This product implements the national standard GB11032-2000 《AC Membrane Metal Oxide Arrester》,The composite jacket product simultaneously executes JB/T8952-2005 《Composite jacket without gap metal oxide arrester for AC system》 IB/T10496-2005 《AC three-phase combined gapless metal oxide structure arrester》, JB/T8459 《Hardware product Modeling method》.

Features:

The four-element star connection design is adopted to protect the ground and phase overvoltages of each phase; the ingenious cooperation on the structure enables a combined arrester to function as six universal arresters and overcomes three The lightning arrester alone cannot protect the shortcomings of phase-to-phase overvoltage.

The combined structure, small size, light weight and flexible installation greatly utilize and reduce the use space; it is especially suitable for installation in switch cabinets.

The silicone rubber outer casing is integrally molded and formed once, and has good sealing, stain resistance, explosion-proof and moisture-proof performance, high dielectric strength, resistance to leakage, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance and aging resistance.

The combined arrester can be either a gapless type or a series gap type.

Conditions of Use:

a. Altitude is not more than 2000 m

b. ambient temperature: -40 ° C - + 40 ° C

c. The maximum wind speed does not exceed 35m/s

d. Earthquake intensity of 7 degrees and below

e. The power frequency voltage applied to the arrester for a long time does not exceed the continuous operating voltage of the arrester

f. Power frequency: 48Hz-62Hz

Ordering:

1. The technical performance and parameters of the products are detailed in the attached table. The dimensions and installation dimensions of the products are shown in Figures 1 ~ 8.

2. The standard length of the cable in the indoor type is 60cm, which can also be provided according to customer requirements.

3. According to the needs of users, provide several types of combined structure arresters to facilitate user selection; if the model or shape structure proposed by the user does not match the sample, it can be specified at the time of ordering, so that our company can design and produce to meet user requirements.

Installation:

1. Refer to the outline structure diagram for installation.

2. The indoor type can be installed in the high-voltage switch cabinet handcart cabinet of different models. The product is sealed by the insulator because the four terminals are bare, so it is not necessary to consider its phase-to-phase distance and ground distance when installing. The plastic base is directly fixed on the bottom plate, and the four high-voltage cables are respectively connected to the three-phase and ground terminals of A, B, and C according to the standard, and the ground phase unit is directly grounded or grounded through the discharge counter.

3. When assembling the outdoor 35kV product, first install the mounting plate at the top of the lower unit, and then install three units according to the label on the mounting plate. The lower unit base is directly grounded or grounded via a discharge counter, and the outdoor B-type lower mounting plate is directly grounded.

4. Note: In order to facilitate wiring, the three-phase wiring of A, B and C can be arbitrarily adjusted (the same as the three unit parameters of A, B and C, no effect is used), but the grounding phase must be grounded directly or through the discharge counter.
